I recently engaged Petra to help me to choose colours for my home. She had a difficult task as I wanted the colours to achieve a great deal. I was looking for colours that would not just freshen up the walls but change the tone and feel throughout the house, transforming the space from its existing drab appearance to something far more contemporary, warm and interesting. The new colour scheme had to work to diminish the impact of my yellow aluminium window frames and combine well with existing floor coverings, curtains, tiles and furniture.
